Job Description

  • To sort, organized and file accounting documents in boxes with proper label.
  • To scan and email documents requested.
  • To prepare monitoring report of all documents filed.
  • To act as liaison and process requirements, transmit documents and payments such as but not limited to tax returns and business permits, to government agencies and other offices.
  • To assist in other clerical task as needed.


  • At least 2nd year college, organized and know how to use printer, scanner and computer.
  • Can work every Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM at the head office and go to Archive in Taguig if needed.
  • At least can lift filing boxes.
  • Fit to travel.
  • Assigned in Head Office, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
