Filing Specialist
Job Description
- To sort, organized and file accounting documents in boxes with proper label.
- To scan and email documents requested.
- To prepare monitoring report of all documents filed.
- To act as liaison and process requirements, transmit documents and payments such as but not limited to tax returns and business permits, to government agencies and other offices.
- To assist in other clerical task as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 2nd year college, organized and know how to use printer, scanner and computer.
- Can work every Monday to Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM at the head office and go to Archive in Taguig if needed.
- At least can lift filing boxes.
- Fit to travel.
- Assigned in Head Office, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
