Job Description

• Maintain ASM on a weekly basis.
• Ensures RFP request completed its cycle from the processing of RFP until liquidation of request.
• Coordinates with TTG / Community Development for request of assessment, tax dec or tax clearance.
• Filling of ORs per project per year.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With at least 2-years work experience.
• Customer Oriented.
• Basic Knowledge in taxation.
• Preferably with Real Estate experience.
• Assigned in Head Office, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
